The Information

TIC works as
a flat organisation, in which every person in the organisation
participates in both the planning and implementation stages
of operations. The organisational culture is informal and
the company work like one large family.

trained people for this, so that some editors create designs
(some of which are among the best in the Indian Web scene),
other editors look after client relationships, writers make
pages, designers write basic software, software and marketing
people assist in HR, procurement and administration, and
the accounts head looks after admin and procurement.
