Job Role:
- Drive organic and paid marketing campaigns on multiple channels
- Generate leads from digital mediums
- Analyse and optimise the key marketing campaigns for lead generation

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Content Writer to join our agency. At TIC, we create a wide range of content on a vast range of topics, for some of the best-known corporates in India.
The ideal candidate should possess experience and maturity in their work, along with the ability to write clean, correct and creative copy. The role will require sourcing authentic information through secondary research on certain projects. The role also requires the ability to cover events or seminars and produce interesting content.
Along with excellent writing and editing skills, the content writer should be adept at all forms of writing, from short headlines to long form content, from emailers to blogs, from concepts for video scripts to case studies, from event reports to creative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Versatile Writing: Demonstrate proficiency in various types of writing, including but not limited to articles, speeches, emails, and campaign materials.
- Self-Driven Approach: Take initiative in generating ideas and executing tasks independently while also being able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Understanding of Business: Possess a solid understanding of business principles and industry trends to align content with organizational objectives and strategies.
- Event Coverage: Attend events and meetings, gather information, and craft compelling content to showcase the highlights and key takeaways.
- Meeting Reports: Summarize key points and outcomes of meetings with leaders, translating discussions into informative and engaging reports.
- Copy Alignment: Adapt writing style and tone to align with specific strategies, whether it involves crafting emails or speeches for the CEO, ensuring content resonates with the target audience.
- Ideation: Generate creative ideas for corporate and EVP brand campaigns, staying updated on topical issues and industry developments.
- Thematic Writing: Produce content on various themes including POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), recognition programs, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and innovation initiatives.
